Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love your gear. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging and tags. Items showing signs of use or wear cannot be accepted.

Custom products

Custom-sized products are eligible for return under the same 30-day terms as the rest of our products, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, since we cannot process a refund for an item we do not receive.

How to start a return

Email us at info@lesserdog.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colorway? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right piece to you.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is on us. Contact us within 30 days at info@lesserdog.com with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
