Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, or for larger orders, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lesserdog.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however, once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We offer a flat shipping rate for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery times are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Lesser Dog Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our direct control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lesser Dog Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file an official claim.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information attached. Enter this information into the shipping carrier's website.
