Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing

Our items are handmade and made-to-order requiring typically 3-5 days before they ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Transit time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout where available. These estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to help. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@lesserdog.com with a photo, and we will make it right.
